HOW TO USE
1. TURN ON THE DEVICE
Turn the TasteSelect™ dial to choose the heating mode between Standard and Boost
2. INSERT THE STICK
Once the stick is inserted, press and hold the control button to start heating in the selected mode.
3. PREPARE FOR THE SESSION
The first vibration indicates that the device is heating up. It will take 20 seconds and you can follow the countdown on the screen. After the second vibration it is ready for use.
4. MONITOR THE SESSION
Check from the LED indicator of the control button how much time remains before the end of the session.
5. REMOVE THE STICK
After use, pull out the stick and turn the selector to turn off the device.

glo HYPER is designed to deliver up to 3 consecutive sessions at typical room environments (15 - 25°C).
Our new HeatBoost™ technology offers an even more enhanced taste experience*. HeatBoost™ technology has optimised the heating motor, electrical circuitry and temperature profiles to achieve better energy efficiency and enable higher heating temperatures, reaching up to 285°C in Standard mode and up to 300°C in Boost mode, while maintaining 20 sessions on a single charge. In addition, it allows for longer session times, with up to 4 minutes and 30 seconds in Standard mode.
No - the mode selection happens before the session start, rotation of the dial after this moment will not change the heating mode.
It is very important to clean glo HYPER to maintain the best performance. It's really very simple, follow the steps below:
1. Let HYPER cool down: Before cleaning it, make sure it has cooled down for at least 10 minutes.
2. Clean the bottom of the device: Every 5 sessions, open the door under your device and use a cloth to clean it.
3. Clean the heating chamber: Every 20 sessions, open both doors and use the brush, included in the appliance package, and clean the heating chamber on both sides. Remember to wash the brush with running water after each use and make sure it is dry before using it again."
The HYPER offers up to 20 sessions on a single charge. The device can be fully charged in less than 90 minutes using the recommended adapter (12.5W (5V2.5A or 9V1.5A) and USB-C cable.
The glo HYPER is a heating device, so it is normal for its surface to warm up during operation. The device has been tested for safety and includes built-in protection mechanisms to prevent dangerous overheating. If you feel that the surface temperature has become excessively hot, you should stop using the device. Avoid using the device outside the recommended ambient temperature range (0-40°C), as this may cause irreversible damage to the device and its battery.
